At Radancy, which is a creative software business dedicated to talent and employment, Graphic Designers enjoy the opportunity to use their broad range of skills for designing and producing mostly digital deliverables with a particular focus on Animation and Motion and Graphics. Working alongside a team of creatives, our designers are part of friendly, helpful group of people who take pride in crafting beautiful and effective creative.

  • Develop visual designs for a range of communications needs including multichannel ad campaigns, websites (using responsive design principles), motion graphics, films, email marketing, digital advertising, social media assets, design guidelines and presentations – and more
  • Collaborate with Creative, Production and Front-End Development team members to develop cutting-edge visual solutions to client challenges
  • Participate in client problem solving alongside project managers, digital strategists, creative directors and client service team members
  • Support pitches, presentations and events
  • Responds well to direction and works independently to finish assignments
  • Works closely with Traffic and Project Managers to ensure production specs are met and the intent of the instructions are closely followed
  • Understands and champions the brand specifications of our global client base
  • Continually stays abreast of best practices and trends in content generation, responsive design and accessibility standards, being willing to learn new technologies and techniques
  • A varied portfolio of experience demonstrating attractive, effective examples of Graphic Design, Digital Design and especially Motion Graphics
  • A particular strength in Motion Graphics / Animation would be especially welcome, given its importance to the dynamism of digital executions and engaging online content
  • Strong visual sense with ability to execute across the Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and After Effects.
  • Bonus skills would include 3D experience, an understanding of web design principles including knowledge of any programming skills such as CSS, HTML and Javascript
  • Ability to be flexible, adapt to quick changes and work under tight deadlines with sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and strong organisational skills, with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow as part of a very supportive team
