As our Human Resources Coordinator at our Franciscan Medical Group, you will help staff, leaders, and providers with their Human Resources needs so they can provide exceptional care to our patients.
Every day you will be the first point of contact for staff to assist them in finding solutions to their questions . You will be expected to be a resource to our staff and triage questions they could have regarding benefits, leave and employee relations concerns.
To be successful in this role, you must be organized, compassionate, and accurate. We are sometimes the first team our staff comes to when dealing with problems and we want to provide accurate and timely information to help support our team members. The ideal candidate will come in with some experience in Human Resources.
Our Franciscan Medical Group is composed of over 200 clinics providing quality health care to patients and communities in and around the Puget Sound. This position is located in Tacoma, WA. We are part of CommonSpirit Health which operates 139 hospitals and more than 1,000 care sites across 21 states, making our services accessible to nearly 1 in 4 U.S. residents.

* Be the liaison coordinator between our Leave Of Absence central office and provider payroll. You will review reports and coordinate how the provider should be paid. You will work with payroll to ensure they are paid and audit the reports for accuracy.
* Work with employees and departments to research and resolve concerns or issues related to payroll, compensation and other human resources issues
* Perform a variety of administrative and confidential HR duties in support of the HR Director
* High School Diploma
* 1 to 3 Years of experience (depending on degree)
