Identifies, implements and evaluates information systems and operational processes which support clinical practice and business operations, including process improvement, redesign and project management. Collaborates with stakeholders (facility, regional, and enterprise) in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to processes, policies and information systems. Responsible for determining resource needs (numbers and skills) to achieve operational goals and is responsible for the efficient, effective use of those resources for support of the electronic medical record.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree.
- Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare experience and minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience.
